Project task is core project document of the future system.

He starts from the needs of users describing problems in the present condition and / or completely new needs or opportunities.

Also, it must list all restrictions that exist in resources, in time, in defining and meeting needs.

Project task must identify and weigh the available resources like: people, money, and infrastructure. Infrastructure include equipment, communications and energy, space, systems (education, ...), rules and regulations (internal, external…).

Without a defined project timelines task is not complete, and should contain all other information that may be important to create a quality project and for the successful realization of the enterprise.
